These terms govern your use of EquityFolio (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

EquityFolio provides stock research and education tools - prices, financial statements, dividends, valuation models, screens, backtests, and model portfolios. Core research is free; some tools require an account, and certain features are offered under a paid ("Pro") plan.

The Service is for information and education only and is not investment advice. Please read our Not Financial Advice disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Accounts

You may sign in with a passwordless magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the data or content in bulk.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

Data and third-party content

Market and fundamental data are provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquityFolio and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any investment loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

Paid plans

Where a Pro plan is offered, pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected by these terms.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these terms; material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. We may suspend access that breaches these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
